Thursday Favorite Things
Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things!
Happy Thursday! Can you believe this is the last Thursday in June. This month seemed to fly by. After being at home these last few months, we have decided to take a little road trip to the farm today. Nothing exciting but I love to go there, it is so quiet. The dogs love it because they can roam and not get into trouble, well hopefully not. As I mentioned in a previous post, my brother-in-law manages a farm that has both peaches and pecans. I am so looking forward to going. What are you plans for this weekend?

DeleteYour gardens are beautiful. You certainly have a green thumb. I didn't know that you can use the seeds from lettuce flowers for next year. I learned something.
Have a great week.

Mornin, Bev. Lunch on a bistro table featured above has my name all over it, and I do enjoy my time outdoors in fresh new ways since there is so much living to do at home now rather than elsewhere. I'm sharing at #72, 73 and 75 and hope they bring a little peace and maybe even a helpful tip or two for decor, recipes, and peaceful living. Sending hugs and smiles to you, wrapped in peace and hope, and praying the days are gentle and kind this summer. xox
ReplyDeleteMichele,
DeleteWhat great ideas for a small gathering. I love those plates and the recipe for the Bellini. I have to try that. That stool from Wayfair is adorable and can be used in so many ways.
I hope you are feeling good.
Hugs,
Bev

Debbie,
DeleteI think the squirrels can read. They are so destructive. I would like to get rid of mine too and no one feeds them. Your kitchen looks great. There is something about red in the kitchen.

I grew up on a farm and my brother still lives there. I love to go there - it is so different from the city. It is a couple of hours away and we don't get there near as much as I would like to. I hope that you enjoy your little trip to the farm. Thank you for hosting the party. Our links this week are: #222, #223, & #224.
ReplyDeleteAmy,
DeleteI grew up on one too. It was a lot of work but so glad I did. Yes, we don't get here as often as I would like either. Time always gets away from us. Homemade oreos? Wow, I need to make those.
Have a lovely week.
Hugs,
Bev
I'm linking #30 ~ my newest post Memo board thrift store upcycle. :)
ReplyDeleteAllyson,
DeleteWhat an awesome upcycle of those trivets. Wow, you did a great job.
Have a lovely week.

Marilyn,
ReplyDeleteYou always share the best recipes and tips. I bought bacon to make with the asparagus, but we ate the bacon before I had bought the asparagus. Silly me.

Bev
