Pumpkin Bars
Yummy Pumpkin Bars
Do you save old magazines that have recipes? I keep saving them and have some that go back to 2004. These pumpkin bars are from a Taste of Home. I had them marked but don't remember ever making them. I had all of the ingredients on hand so I said, "why not today".The title of the bars was Peter Peter Pumpkin Bars, not sure why they were called that. The issue was all about Halloween and fall treats. They certainly had that "Fall" flavor about them. They smelled so good baking with all of those spices.
I needed a little more powdered sugar, but it was all I had. I kept them in the fridge so all was good.
I hope you enjoy!
