Thursday Favorite Things
Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things Party
Happy Thursday dear friends. I hope your week has been a good one so far. We have been having a great week and the weather has been beautiful. I have walked everyday.
I am working on sorting out more boxes in the garage and therefore, cleaning out the garage. It feels so good to get rid of somethings. I took a much of stuff to Habit for Humanity. I wanted to have a garage sale, but hubby is against it right now. I will keep some of the better stuff for one after the new year, hopefully. Maybe things will be better by then. Do you have garage sales? Are you thinking of having one or waiting?

I admire your sorting and organizing impulses. I have really got to get busy on that.
ReplyDeleteMichele,
DeleteI think I just got to a point where I needed to get rid of stuff. I had all of these boxes labeled for a garage sale but with covid, that all changed so I had to sort to make room. Good luck with your sorting and organizing.
Have wonderful day.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks so much for hosting! My posts are 11,12,14. :-)

Debbie,
DeleteWhen I look around my house I think I have it decorated for Halloween. Then I look at yours and think, I have nothing. I see something new each time. You do such a wonderful job. I love that yellow maple tree, so pretty. I do miss the changing of the leaves.
Have a great day.
Hugs,
Bev
It's already feeling like a winter wonderland over here. We've had snow for several days. Not much has accumulated but it's there. It's a great motivation for getting my holiday projects started. Linking up this week at 46 & 47. I hope your week has been a good one, Bev!
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteI know it is probably getting to be that time of year but it still seems cold to me. I guess you are use to it. I love those mini signs. Great tutorial.
Hugs,
Bev

Hi, Bev; I had a couple of garage sales with my daughters when they were kids, but it is so much work, now that they are not home, I just donate everything. Thank you for hosting another great party, I am sharing # 76 Tacos de Cochinita Pibil, a classic pork in annatto sauce recipe from the Yucatan peninsula. Have an awesome week!
ReplyDeleteIrene,

sweet features my friend. I hate having garage sales but I have a ton of things to get rid of. I've been in a purging state of mind lately. Next spring I'll have one big sale. Thank you for being an amazing hostess xo

Hopefully one next year. Thank you so much for stopping by.

DeleteI am still cleaning out some boxes and taking it to Habitat for Humanity. I am keeping some stuff for next year. I didn't realize that deer season had opened so soon. When I lived in PA it started in December I think. I started some Christmas shopping by we don't buy too much. I know you will enjoy have that grand baby around this year.

Bev

Hi Bev! I don't like hosting garage sales - we usually give stuff away to Habitat for Humanity as well. Though I do like browsing other people's garage sales :) (avoiding that for now) I'm sharing #124. :)
ReplyDeleteSuchot,
DeleteHubby always says he will give me money to NOT have a garage sale. Sometimes I take him up on it. Maybe this year too. Pumpkin bagels sound awesome.
Have a wonderful wee.
