Stool Becomes Plant Stand
I found a stool that someone threw out. Of course I had to pick it up. It sat in my garage for quiet some time before we moved and I was close to getting rid of it, but choose to put it in the new garage.
So the other day, as I was cleaning in the garage, I found the stool and thought I could finally fix it and make a plant stand out of it.

Happy Sunday! How is everyone this wonderful day? We are having rain from Cristobal. It is rather nice to not being able to be outdoors. It seems as though that is all I have done. Now the grass is green, the flowers are happy and the garden is growing. Life is good!

Happy Thursday! Hope this first week in June is off to a great start. We actually went out to a restaurant for hubby's birthday. We were a little leery but we ate outside and there were only a few people there so we had plenty of space around us. Have you ventured to a restaurant? Are more places opening up in your area? Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop

I wish I could say that my yard work is all done, but I can't. I think the list grows over night. We got 2 truck loads of dirt, one for the flower beds and one for the vegetable plants. I was finally able to get my strawberries in the ground. I planted some more flowers in the new beds and we put down around 80 bags of mulch. I still have to finish about 10 bags. I hope to get that done tonight. I told hubby,"we are getting too old for this". I guess it keeps us young, or just too tired. lol!
