Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese Cookies
Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese Cookies
It's blueberry picking time here in Florida. So after picking lots of berries, what should you do? Make some dessert with them, because you have already eaten way too many. I made a coffee cake and some scones and wanted something else - cookies.

Chocolate Dipped Chocolate Chip Biscotti
Chocolate Dipped Chocolate Chip Biscotti
Do you love biscotti? I do, but with some recipes, they can be really hard. I know that is fine if you are a dunker, but I am not. I wanted a biscotti that was firm but still a little chewy. So here is a recipe for those who want a little softer biscotti.

Luscious Jamaretti Cookies
I found this recipe in a little pamphlet called Everyday Food from Martha Stewart. It is a little old (I was trying to organize my recipes) and wondered why I have never made them before. I needed something for my husband to take to work and these were it.

Spring, Easter and Carrot Cake
Why is it at this time of year, we think of carrot cake when we think of dessert?
Maybe the thought of that Easter bunny gnawing on those carrots, makes us get in the mood. Are you in the mood, I am?
So I had to have some carrot cake, but just not the typical kind. Let's put a spin on it - Carrot Cake Thumbprint Cookies
Come along and see how these yummy goodies are made.

Jamaretti Cookies
The holidays are over and we have finished baking all of those Christmas cookies - right. Well, maybe. What if you wanted a holiday cookie? I am not sure what constitutes a "holiday" cookie. I often make chocolate chip cookies at Christmas but don't think of them as a Christmas cookie. Or is it that we make lots of cookies at the holidays and call them all "holiday cookies".
I found this recipe in a little pamphlet called Everyday Food from Martha Stewart. It is a little old (result of organizing) and wondered why I have never made them before. I needed something for my husband to take to work and these were it.

Chocolate Ganache-filled Macaroons
It seems like for ever since I wrote a post. I admire all of you that post everyday or almost everyday. Our Tiny has been such a focus for me and when she takes a turn for the worst, it is hard to deal with. She requires so much of my time. They have no idea why she is fine and then it starts all over again. So back to the hospital she goes today.
So what does Tiny have to do with Chocolate Ganache-filled Macaroons. Absolutely nothing. I had some extra time this week (wow, what a treat!) and since I haven't sent in goodies to my husband's work, I thought I would do a little baking.

Orange Ricotta Yummies
They are a very moist cookie and they freeze well. That is if you have any left to freeze!
