Happy Thursday! I hope your week has been good so far. Here we are in the last Thursday in February. Another month flying by. Hopefully March will be ushering in some springtime weather up north, but that winter storm has hit many in the east. I hope you are OK if you are in its path.
We even were hit with bad weather as our temperature went from 82 down to 47 at night. Tonight will be 39. I feel so bad for hubby, each Thursday when he comes home, the weather turns cold. At least it will be sunny the next few days even if it is cool.Well, have a great week!
My neighbor gave me a compost that he built and so I have been adding things to it. I will take some pictures so you can see it. I am so excited to have it. Stay tuned for a compost post.

Welcome to our party. I hope your week is off to a great start. I know that it is still winter, but it is usually about this time of year when we are tired of winter and looking forward to some warmer weather. Of course here in Florida, we get into spring much sooner. lol! I have been working in my garden and planting seeds. I am doing an experiment with butternut squash. I dried some seeds from a bought butternut squash and then I bought some organic butternut squash seeds. I want to see which ones perform the best. So far, the ones I dried came up first. I will let you know how well they produce.

Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you had a lovely weekend. My was very nice although I was not feeling well. I have vertigo and when I have a spell, you get very dizzy. The bad part is that you can't read, drive or ride in a car (it makes it worse) use your computer. You can watch some TV, but mainly you want to lie down and sleep. I was able to get my parties ready but I should not have been on my computer. So if you don't hear from me in the comments, that is why. Hope you have a wonderful week.

Apple Mini Pies
Apple Mini Pies
My in-laws called and said they were coming over and I didn't have time to go to the store. All I had was one crust that I hadn't used and 4 Gala apples. I knew I didn't have enough to make a whole pie so I thought of just a few small ones for dessert. Mini desserts are just as good! Right?

Happy Sunday everyone. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We were a little cool on Friday but then it warmed up over the weekend. Did some yard work while hubby is still working on our sprinkler system. He is trying to get it all done before they start digging for the pool.
