Hello Kitty Halloween Tote Tutorial

When you have a grand daughter that loves Hello Kitty, you need to make her a Hello Kitty Halloween Treat Bag. Back in June, I found this Hello Kitty on sale at Jo Ann fabrics. It had been reduced to $5 a yard and now it was half off. I bought two yards to make some tote bags for Halloween.
