Happy Thursday. I hope your week has been good so far. I am heading to Pittsburgh today. My Mom is not doing well. It has been hard on my sister there. She takes care of her everyday. I hope to help give her a break and see my Mom.

On Saturday, we had hubby's family over for dinner. I wanted something that I could make ahead of time and then put together at the last minute. These mini chocolate cakes were the ticket.
