Happy Monday and welcome to November. Can you believe it? Only 24 more days until thanksgiving and 54 more days until Christmas. Yikes, I can't even think about Christmas yet.
I actually did put together my Thanksgiving menu and have bought some of the ingredients. I am heading to Pittsburgh in a couple of weeks to see my Mom before the holidays. So I have been planning my Thanksgiving menu since I will return the week of Thanksgiving.
