You're The Star -Garden Feature Week
Welcome to You're The Star - Garden Feature Week
Happy Monday! It seems that Dorian is the topic of the week. I think we might be spared the worst of it, but you never know. We are watching the news and waiting to see what will happen. This is going to be a bad one. Please keep the prayers coming. Thank you!
WELCOME to the September 2019 "You're the Star" Blog Hop!
Before we continue onto the Linky party I wanted to share a picture:
My grand daughter winning first place!
We were at the Champlain Valley Fair Grounds in Vermont. She won this one and 4 seconds and a third place. Her horse is called Paige. I was so proud of her since this is her first year of showing.

Debbie,
DeleteThanks for the prayers. We were lucky, thank the Lord. Lots of rain and wind and the power was out for about an hour, but that is all. Not sure about the other house yet.
Hugs,
Bev
Congratulations to your granddaughter! What an accomplishment for a first year! Exciting!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, I hope FL and east coast are spared a direct hit. Watching closely. I keep praying it will turn east and stay out in the ocean. Where do you live?
Thanks for hosting.
Sarah,
DeleteYes, I was so proud of her. She is doing so well in her first year. We live about 25 miles north of Orlando. We were spared. Lots of wind and rain and the power was out for about an hour. What a relieve. Praise the Lord.
Thank you so much for the prayers and thinking for me.
Hugs,
Bev
Thinking of you all and hoping Dorian misses you and doesn't reek too much havoc. We've been watching on the news from here in the UK and it's just been awful for some folks. Thanks for hosting this fun month long linky
ReplyDeleteThank you for thinking of us about Dorian. We were spared, just lots of wind and rain. Power was out for about an hour. But those poor people in the Bahamas, I just can imagine.
DeleteHope you are having a great day.
Hugs,
Bev
Marilyn,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your wonderful recipes at You're The Star. You always have the best recipes.
