Sorta Smores Brownies

I called these "sorta" smores brownies" because I can't really say that they are really "smores brownies".  It all started when I found a package of these Nestle Smores Morsels Mix package in my son's pantry.  They had a cookie recipe on the package but I was being lazy.
My grand son and I were trying to think of am easy way to use this new ingredient. We had a package of brownie mix so we decided to mix them in with the brownies.  We made the brownies (according to package) and were going to add them in when we decided to just put them on the top. Easy, peasy!

At first I thought it was way too much on the top, but too late since they were already on the brownie mix and no way of lifting them off. Into the oven to bake, followed the brownie package directions.

And we had a new creation. They were actually extremely good. Even my husband that isn't a big brownie fan thought they were great. So if you are in a hurry, these smores brownies are for you.

    How yummy does that creation look? Oh I wish I were not trying to eat lighter for the next few weeks. But I will get to make this sometime during the holidays.

      I know what you mean, I have been trying to be good about what I eat and then on vacation, it has gotten a little out of hand. Yikes, lots of dieting and exercise when I get home.

    Wow, easy peasy but it looks so good.The top is to die for.. ha ha ha! I havent seen that Morsel of the Year here in Singapore..I hope to find it...Yummy! Have a great weekend Bev.
