Happy Thursday my friends. I hope this finds you well. I know the weather up north has gotten really cold. I hope you are staying warm and safe. We are even feeling the effects of cold fronts here in Florida. I guess winter is coming our way.
I am going to head up to Pittsburgh on Saturday. I know it will be cold but my Mom is not doing well. I need to be there.

Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Ours was really nice. The weather was beautiful and I was able to get lots of outside work done. We went down to our old neighborhood and picked up some furniture from my friend who just sold their house. They are getting rid of everything and traveling in their fifth wheel.

Happy Thursday! Well, it seems to be back to "normal" this week after all of the holiday festivities. I managed to get most of the Christmas decorations put away on Monday. it has been a little slow going since I have been going through stuff and deciding what I wanted to keep or get rid of.
I keep certain Christmas decor in a "cedar" chest that I bought in China a number of years ago. It too needed to be sorted out. Then there were places in my buffet that had pieces. So the process of putting back decorations, started to slow down. I am almost done. The tree is still up waiting for hubby to take it apart. I am excited that I have been able to get so many places cleaned. I am going to work on the rest of the house before I have a garage sale in February. This is unheard of for me - lol!
