I know that if you are up north, you might be experiencing some really cold weather and snow. My sister said they didn't get as much snow in western PA but lots of ice. It rained and then turned cold. She said she ran her car for 45 minutes, just to get the ice off. Hope you are all safe and warm.

Coconut Bundt Cake
Yummy Coconut Bundt Cake
I am not sure why, but I love to make bundt cakes. Maybe it's the look of a bundt cake or maybe I just like to tell my husband I made a "bundt" cake. Remember that scene from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" when the mother brings a bundt cake to their house. That part always makes me laugh. She ends up putting a flower in the center.
Well, I digress, back to my bundt cake. This one is made with coconut. My husband is not a big coconut fan, but he loved this cake. The cake is very moist and just heavenly. Can a cake be that - heavenly?

Thursday Favorite Things
Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things!
It is the middle of January and we are having "winter weather". Now don't laugh at me, since many places are having really cold temps and snow, but it is cold for us. It was 51 this morning! Yikes! that is cold for southern Florida. The best part is that even though it was cold in the morning, it warmed up to 75 later in the day. As long as it warms up, I am OK with some cooler weather. All of you up north that are dealing with cold weather, I hope it warms up.
