Cute Halloween Treat Bags!
I am always looking for cute ideas for Halloween treat bags. We have an annual Halloween party on our street and we dress up and have all kinds of food and then we all gather on our golf carts to go trick n' treating.I wanted to make some cute treat bags but not spend lots of money. I had some burlap left over from another project so I decided to make these cuties.
