But new research is showing… how much you eat might be just as important…
Especially if you want to look younger.
A recent study published in the research journal Cellfound that when mice were put on a low-calorie diet for 6 months… It actually slowed down the aging process.
Amazing, right? And, there’s reason to believe this works the same way in humans.
The good news is, we may now have a PROVEN way to slow down the aging process — just by watching what we eat!
But the bad news is… well, who wants to count calories? Doesn’t sound like much fun...
