Chili or Soup for Dinner on WWBH

Welcome to the party. I hope your week is great. Are you dealing with any snow? We are just cold. I had to cover my plants again. They were just starting to sprout new leaves and the blackberries had new blooms on it. I hope they are ok. 

Since it is cold, I thought I would share some chili and soup recipes. They are great on these cold nights.

Loaded Beef Chili

Looking for a hearty chili for those cool evenings or for game day, check out my loaded beef chili. The other day, I had Home and Family on while I was cleaning. Sandra Lee was on there and mentioned her Loaded Chili. 

I thought I would check it out. She used a beef roast and I just happened to have one in the freezer. I know what I am making for dinner.

Green Enchilada Pork Chili

How do you decide if you want to make a particular recipe? Is it the name - decadent chocolate brownies would call my name. Or maybe a picture of a luscious prime rib. I do a little of both.
