Welcome to the party. I hope you week is going well. I am still weak but getting better. Looking forward to Thanksgiving. My daughter is coming home on the 27th. She has been gone since the 2nd. She is taking care of my granddaughter while my son and DIL are on vacation. I really miss her.
We are taking care of her 2 dogs and that makes 6 all together. Fortunately, they all get along and have been so good.

I finished my last chemo treatment today. I am so excited. My surgery will be in Dec. It has been a long ordeal but it is coming to a close. I will have to do radiation and them Keytruda starting in January but those won't bother me. I hope I can get my strength back soon.

Welcome to the party. We are having glorious fall weather here in central Florida. It is in the low eighties, which is fall to us. My son had snow in Vermont yesterday - yikes, that's winter. Welcome to the party. Well, we made it through Milton. What a storm. we had no damage except for all of the tree debris. It took 4 days to clean up. We didn't get power until late Sunday afternoon. We have a generator so we managed.
We were blessed, it could have been so much worse.

Welcome to the party and Happy September. Can you believe it? Where did the summer go? My niece started first grade today. They live in Rochester, NY. I got lots of pictures and a video of her getting on the bus. As usual, she is all excited and her parents are a mess. I remember those days. It was heart breaking to see them go off to school. Welcome to the party. Update on health - I was supposed to start the final set of treatments on Monday but this UTI won't go away and now a bladder infection as well. One of the meds can affect the bladder and they didn't want to give me the treatment with all of the other issues. I am on the 4th set of meds for the UTI and one for the bladder infection. Hope they work. I want to move on.

Welcome to the party. I am so glad you stopped by. We were lucky that Debby did not hit us. We had lots of rain and today it has been so windy. Two large branches came down but didn't hurt anything.
It seems that every time hubby goes out of town, major things happen. I filled 3 garbage cans and after they took those, I filled up two more. Then the biggest branch came down and it wasn't dead. It just missed my she shed.
My nephew is coming to cut it up. He just happened to be down here visiting friends.

Update on my treatments - I was able to have my treatment on Monday. The amounts of the drugs have increased and I get more tired. I told hubby it is like I just completed 150 pushups. I am also on my second UTI. Yuck!
I am lucky that I have not had some of the other issues associated with the drugs like nausea, heartburn and neuropathy. I keep pushing forward.

Welcome to the party. I am so glad you stopped by. I had a disappointing day at chemo. My white blood cell count was too low for them to give me my treatment. They think it was because of being sick and taking antibiotics. I was disappointed because I was counting down the number of treatments to go. Now it is extended by another week. Oh well, I just hope all is well by next week.

Welcome to the party. The past week was a tough one. I received all three of my chemo meds which hit me hard. On top of that I got a bad cold. I spent a lot of time in bed. I finally got some meds on Monday and I am doing so much better.
I only have 4 more weeks on these meds and I hope all continues to go well. Thanks for your continued support.

Welcome to the party. Here it is July already. This summer is going by so quickly. How are you celebrating July 4th?
We are just staying home and going to grill out. Nothing special.
I thought I would update you on my journey - I am at my half way point in my 12 session treatment. I am doing pretty good. The first three days after treatment are the best days, then it usually hits me like a bad case of flu. That lasts for a few days and then it is time for the next treatment. The lumps have been reduced by over 50%. That is good news.
