Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. Ours was busy with our garden. We got all of the beds ready and then plants our vegetables.
I had already planted some new herbs and they were doing great. In fact, my basil was doing so well, I made 2 batches of pesto. I love it with goat cheese on some toasted chi batá bread.
