Happiness Is Homemade Party
Welcome to Happiness Is Homemade Party
Welcome to the party. We are so delighted to have you join us. A little bit of trivia: this is our 424 fourth party and today is 4/24. I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.
As always, I had a hard time choosing only five posts to highlight for this party. It had to be done however, so let's check out this week's features.
This Week's Features
Mother's Day is just around the corner, and Denise of My Home of All Seasons has got the perfect Mother's Day cards for you. In her post, she shares many free printables that you can use as a card or in a gift for your mother or grandmother.
Another perfect gift for mom, or even a beautiful piece to add to your spring decor, is this DIY plaster egg vase made by Purple Hues and Me. This would be fun to do as mother and daughter as well!
Prices are skyrocketing across the county (and the world for that matter) and saving money is more important than ever. It's also time for spring cleaning, so this reusable fluffy crochet duster cover is the perfect project for you to undertake right now. T'onna from Sew Crafty Crochet shares her tutorial for making a duster cover that you can use over and over, instead of buying Swiffer Dusters every month!
One of my son's favorite dinners is Salisbury steaks, so I had to feature this recipe by Tamy of Chasing My Life. You all know that I do not love to cook, but I do break down and make him this dish a few times a month. I'm excited to try this with some delicious mushrooms and onions!
Emily of Hunny I'm Home shared these easy DIY Dollar Tree coasters that I just love. In her post, not only does she share the tutorial for you to create your own, she also shares the free SVG that she used! How sweet is that?!

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your wonderful recipes. We were at a restaurant the other night and someone next to us ordered fried pickles. I had never had them but they looked really good. Thanks for the recipe. I need to try them.
