Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop
Welcome To Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop!
The days and weeks continue as we deal with the virus. Supplies for toilet paper and paper towels are alluding me. We did find more meat and chicken at the grocery store so that is a plus. I also found some Clorox disinfection . Juice is prevalent here but I know my sister can't get it in Pennsylvania. My friend is trying to find dish soap down in Miami and can't but we have that. Funny how different supplies are available in different parts of the country. How are you fairing with supplies?
Our hosts just want to say THANK YOU to all those who contributed to last week's party and WELCOME to all the new bloggers who have joined our weekly blog hop. Please invite your blog friends and social network to join us.

Thanks for hosting, Bev. I linked up at #15 & 16 this week. Supplies in our stores are hit or miss. Toilet paper or cleaning supplies can't be found. Canned goods are not plentiful, meat supplies and produce both seem to be okay for now. I hope the supply chain will catch up with demands at some point. Stay well!
ReplyDeleteBeverly,
DeleteYes, seems to be a crap shoot for some stuff. I found some Clorox cleaner today but still no toilet paper. One would think that they would be getting some in one of these days. Maybe I just don't go often enough to find it.
Take care and be healthy.
Hugs,
Bev
Thank you so much for featuring my back porch....Stay Safe.....xoxo
ReplyDeletePenny,
DeleteYou are so welcome for the feature. It is s nice to think of sitting on your back porch and enjoying the day. I hope you are all safe and healthy.
Hugs,
Bev
It really is strange about the differences in hard to find items across the country. We used Wal-Mart pickup for items last time, and they were out of most meats. My mom ended up going to a local butcher shop. It’s an adventure!

Michelle,
DeleteI agree, some places have lots of meats while others can't find dish soap. I wonder how that happens. We are finding most things but TP and paper towels are still hit or miss. If it doesn't get any worse, we should be good. I pray that it doesn't.
Take care,
Bev
THANK YOU again for hosting a great party and keeping some normalcy for us during these trying times. Dropping by from #ChasingMYLife to bring you my CROCK POT MOO SHU CHICKEN AND ONION PANCAKES, BAKED HAM & CHEESE SANDWICHES, and COCOA FUDGE BROWNIES. I’m looking forward to visiting links over the next few days. I hope you’re having a WONDERFUL week.
ReplyDeleteTamy,
DeleteI think we all need some normalcy in our lives these days. I am glad we have the opportunity to host these parties. One of my sons favorite dishes is moo shu pork. I have pinned that and can substitute pork for the chicken.
Hope you are all safe.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks so much for hosting! I’m linking up today with NO HOUSEWORK DAY, and WHO WAS BEHIND THE CURTAIN? – PART 5 (PROMPT 18).
ReplyDeleteDee,
DeleteI am sorry I missed No housework day on Tuesday, but I think I will have my own celebration and not do any on Friday. What the heck, I'll start a new trend.
Hope you are great.
Hugs,
Bev
Supplies here have been hit or miss. I did grocery pick up on Sunday, and I hadn't even ordered toilet paper, because I just assumed there wouldn't be any. I had paper towels on the list, but wasn't expecting those either. While the shopper was in that aisle, she texted me that they had a different size package of paper towels than I ordered. I happened to ask if there was toilet paper, and there was! A huge package. It's so funny how happy I am to get toilet paper these days. Thanks for hosting, and enjoy your day.
ReplyDeletePam,
DeleteNow that was a wonderful surprise. It's funny how excited we get over TP. It's those little things that make my day. Hope you stay healthy and safe.
Hugs,
Bev
We can't find dish soap either. Also yeast and flour is in short supply as people are making homemade bread more.
ReplyDeleteSuchot,
DeleteIt's funny how different things are scare in certain areas. We are getting better with supplies. I know they are working hard to meet demand. Hopefully, soon we can get back to normal.
Hope you continue to safe healthy.
Hugs,
Bev

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing my springform planter. This week I'm sharing some fabric covered eggs. I am running out of projects to work on :)
I'm ready to start bartering for necessities- I have eggs and tangerines and radishes are ready to eat :) Can't find vinegar.
xo Lisa S
Lisa,
DeleteThe barter system is live and well. My daughter in Vermont uses it all the time. I wish I could send you some vinegar. I have that but no radishes. Why not barter, it worked before?
Hope you get some vinegar.
Hugs,
Bev
