A tea drinkers' ceramic mug and a Giveaway!
So what makes this so special? It is the design -- you brew your tea right in your mug, remove the strainer, put on the travel lid and off you go.
Grab your favorite tea. One of my favorites is Earl Grey and this time of year, I love this Christmas tea from Fortnum & Mason.
I first tried this tea in England and it is a lovely tea this time of year. It is hard to find these days, but I received this from a friend. I usually make a pot, but now with my ceramic mug, I can make a cup anytime.
Now that we have picked our tea, let's make a cup.
Place the strainer on the top of the cup and add your favorite tea. The amount you add depends on your preference. I add about a tablespoon to mine.
Next add boiling water.
Place the ceramic insulating lid on and steep it as long as you like.
After it has steeped, remove the ceramic insulating lid and the strainer.
Place the travel lid on and you are ready to go. It keeps your tea hot whether you are at home or on the go.
