Yummy No Cook Side Dish
I decided to make this Pea Salad - no cooking involved. This makes a large serving, so if you are making it for your family, you probably want to cut it in half.
You can always add bacon bits to this salad. I am not a big onion fan so sometimes I leave the onion out and add the bacon bits. My friend is a vegetarian so I left out the bacon bits this time.

Directions:
- Place frozen peas in a colander, rinse under cold water until thawed.
- Drain and transfer to a large bowl.

- Fold mayonnaise and black pepper into pea mixture until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- You can add bacon bits to this salad as well.
