Happy Monday my friends. I hope you had great weekend. I so enjoyed visiting my Mom and sister in Pittsburgh, PA. The weather was wonderful, really cool for this Florida girl. Mid 60s with no humidity really felt like fall. it certainly put me in the fall spirit. I am going to get my fall things out this week and decorate.

Happy Sunday! I hope you have had an wonderful weekend. I am enjoying an awesome time with my Mom and my sister. The weather has been great - I love this cooler weather. The high was 65 yesterday. We don't even get that low at night. Are you having cooler weather?

Happy Sunday and welcome to the party. I hope your weekend has been going well. I have been having a great time visiting with my Mom here in Pittsburgh, PA. My younger sister lives here too so we have had a lot of fun. Saturday night my sister and I had a pj party, - sort of. I was staying at my MOm's and she came up and decided to stay over night with me. We are sleeping on a pull out sofa so that should be interesting. We have been laughing so hard, we might never sleep.

Thursday Favorite Things

Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things!

Happy Thursday dear friends. I am so excited because I am flying to Pittsburgh, PA to see my Mom. I have not seen her since last fall. She does not know that I am coming, I wanted to surprise her. She was 95 in April and gets along quite well. Her health is good. The only problem she has is she is really hard of hearing. I call her every day to talk to her. She will probably start crying when I get there. I am going to call her from downstairs in her apartment building. My younger sister lives there too so I will also get to see her. We will have a fun few days.
I am a little nervous flying and then seeing her. I am taking all kinds of precautions to stay safe. I don't want her to get anything from me. Wish me luck.

Can you believe that we have had a rain free day today? First one in ages. I am loving it. I was able to paint a side table that I have been trying to paint for weeks.
