Happy Thursday! Can you believe that this is the last day in April. I think many thought we might not make it to this day, but here we are. We did it. Hopefully May will be a brighter month. At least the weather should be better. That's always a plus and makes your day a little brighter.
I hope you are all doing well and staying healthy. Hopefully you can find some inspiration at the party today or at least take your mind off of things for a moment.

Happy Tuesday and welcome to the party. For me this pandemic has not been bad, I usually stay at home most of the time anyway. The one thing that is bothering me is - I need a hair cut. Do I get an Amen! I have cut my bangs three times already. I had to trim up hubby's hair and my father-in-law was going crazy with his hair and asked me to cut it. Now I can trim mine but I have never cut a man's and his is curly to boot. I didn't do too bad and he was happy with it. I think the salons are going to be packed when they are able to open. What about you? How is your hair?

Lemon Parmesan Chicken with Zucchini
I harvested my first zucchini. I was so excited and of course I had to make a dish with them. I didn't want to go to the store so I had to use what I had on hand - chicken and lemons. This is a lovely dish and healthy to boot.
