Can Cookout Foods Harm You Complexion?

Summer is the perfect time for cookouts. Food always seems to taste better on the grill and you don't have to heat up your kitchen.  So whether you are just cooking for your family or having family and friends over, a cookout always seems to be special. What could be better?

 Well, if you are trying to maintain a youthful appearance - there is a problem:
Most of those “fresh-off-the-grill” staples we’ve come to love…
Are major skin-agers.

Take hot dogs, for example. By now, you probably know these ultra-processed meats aren’t exactly “healthy”...

You're The Star - Garden Feature Week

Here we are at the beginning of July and a holiday coming this week - 4th of July. Are you doing anything special? We are traveling on the 4th, heading to Portland Maine for my grandson's hockey tournament. So excited. Whatever you do, hope you have a good day and be safe.

Here it is July and we will be celebrating the 4th of July this week. What do you have for the holiday? It is rather crazy since it is taking place on Wednesday - not exactly a long weekend.
