Easy Halloween Treat and Happiness Is Homemade
Easy Halloween Treat and Happiness Is Homemade
Happy Almost Halloween. What a fun month and we are more than ready Halloween. This week a little reflection on the fact it is 451 parties, holy moly. Interesting fact, when this link up first started, they had guest hosts selected from among those who linked up.
I was not one of the original hosts but rather a "linkee" who got selected several months in a row to guest hots. That was my first experience with Blog parties. Fast forward and here I am years later still loving it.
So shameless plug, we are a great bunch to party with if you want to join our little hosting group.
If you are looking for an easy treat for Halloween, check out these ghost treats.
On to the party!
Celebration of Fall
This week, I really wanted a return back to all things Fall, but y'all are killing me with all the fun Halloween crafts and ideas. I am back to my standard recipe, food, sips, and fun.
First up is the cutest Festive Fall Outdoor Tablescape from Pure Happy Home. This gorgeous tablescape just caught my eye and instantly switched my theme to a pure Fall celebration. I love the fact that she found the table for 20.00 and had her boys refinish it, a true family experience happening here.
Fall Porch Sign
Next up from Cloches and Lavender is a stunning DIY Porch Sign. This easy DIY method for how to make a fun porch sign, plus as a bonus she is sharing fun porch decor ideas at the same time.
Dinner with Pumpkins
Next up is dinner of course. Can it really be Fall without a taste of Pumpkin? Well Create Kids Club has shared the tastiest Fall soup, Crockpot Pumpkin Soup. I have pinned this recipe, perfect for those cool nights we are about to have. This crockpot pumpkin soup is packed with beans, tomatoes, and pumpkin which blends in deliciously. It’s a filling meatless meal that cooks all day and is ready for dinner whenever you are! Gluten-free..
Mini Dining Options for Fall
Normally I would be sharing a seasonal drink, aka fun cocktail but this week the dinner options just caught my eyes. Sharing the "funest" dinner idea, mini meatloaves from The Big Green House. Not only healthy and tasty but the presentation is perfect. Plus what an awesome way to make meatloaf pretty as a picture.
Mini Meatloaves- The classic comfort food made in a mini version. They come together quickly and making them smaller cuts your cooking time in half. Serve them with your favorite starchy side and call it dinner.
I know I promised a Halloween extravaganza this week but do you blame me for switching lanes. So much Fall goodness to share
But for this week a bonus dessert feature. Pumpkin Pie Dip from Lamberts Lately because I could not resist.
