Thursday Favorite Things
Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things Party
Happy Holiday Season! We are only one week away from Christmas Eve Day. It's coming fast. I finished my wrapping and the cookies are all done. I got some of them delivered and will do some more tomorrow.
Now all I have to do is make a list of what I need for meals and buy the ingredients. My BIL and SIL will be here on Tuesday for a couple of days and then there's Christmas Eve dinner, plus Christmas Day. Those meals will be smaller, just in-laws and my daughter. Sounds like a lot of cooking coming up.
Are you hosting Christmas dinner? Have you decided your menu? I did pick some awesome recipes that you might want to try or maybe one of the DIY projects.
I Hope you enjoy all of the inspiration you find at the party. We have the best bloggers and they are all so creative. Hope you like the features!

ReplyDeleteOops, I forgot to mention what links I shared this week. Sharing the last of my holiday DIYs in links 66, 67, and 68. Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteI hope you have a wonderful Christmas holiday. I love what you did with your lanterns. I especially love the criss-cross on the sides. Most don't have that. the red is perfect. I pinned to make.
Enjoy your weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
Thank you so much for featuring my little paper gift bags. Have a wonderful Christmas holiday
ReplyDeleteYou are so welcome for he feature. Those gift bags are so adorable. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas holiday too.
DeleteHugs,
Bev
Bev, thanks for cohosting this lovely sharing of ideas and inspiration. We all need to make merry, even if virtually. I'm absolutely tickled you chose my ornament balls for serving festive beverages --- really appreciate it! My sons will be home for about two weeks. We plan to do the same meals we traditionally have on Xmas Eve and Day. Gonna try and support local restaurants that are now closed to all dining, by ordering take out a number of nights.
ReplyDeleteDebbee,
DeleteYou are so welcome for the feature. I love those ornament balls for drinks. How clever of you. It will be so nice to have your sons there. I did hear that Allegheny County was shutting down most places. That is so sad, especially for this time of year. I feel bad for all of those places.
Have a wonderful Christmas holiday.
Hugs,
Bev
Bev,
ReplyDeleteMy link ups for today are #117,118 and 119!!

Merry Christmas to you and your family!!
Stay safe, healthy and happy!!

Debbie,
DeleteI am just in awe of how you decorate Nelson Crest. The detail is amazing. All of those little Christmas pieces. It is so beautiful. You are amazing. I hope you have a lovely Christmas holiday. Be safe and stay healthy.
Hugs,
Bev
Merry Christmas, Bev. You sound like you are properly 'sleighing' the holiday - I hope the time with family will be a blessing. No big plans here - we have toyed with the idea of a road trip, but my health is still fragile so we're playing it be ear. A Christmas brunch with my sister and BIL is happening Saturday, but I think our annual xmas eve dance party will have to wait til 2021. :) I'm sharing a prayer at #127 and appreciate the opportunity to share it. Peace to you as the Light approaches. xox
ReplyDeleteHi, Bev; I am still wrapping and baking, but the cooking will be low key, since we are in lockdown in Southern Ontario, so no gatherings outside our household. Thank you for hosting another great party; I am sharing #144 Atrium Patties and #145 Buñuelos - Fried Pastries. Enjoy your countdown week!
ReplyDeleteDear Beverly, Thanks for hosting #TFT and Happy Holidays Wishes to you. My shares are #27 and #28. Enjoy.

Hi Bev! We're on full lockdown here still (and prob for a while) so it'll just be the 3 of us. I'm doing the whole Christmas dinner by myself for the first time - eek! lol I know it's only for 3 of us, but I've never done the entire thing myself before. I'll just have to plan it out. Today I'm sharing #103. xx
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Beverly, for bringing us another wonderful party and a huge thanks for featuring my Gumball Machine Snow Globe! You just made my evening! ;) I have linked up #201, #202, & #203 this week. Hope you are feeling better this week and wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas!
