Camping and Sunsets
Camping is so much fun: the people, the food, the walks, the talks and the sunsets.
We have many friends that camp at Lake Okeechobee as well. In fact, we like to leave our motorhome there over the summer and then go up on the weekends.
We had some rain this past weekend, but mainly we just had beautiful sunsets.
The picture above was the first one I took when I walked around the motorhome as we were about to take the dogs on a walk.
I always find it amazing how quickly the sun goes down. I took this next one right after the first. It is already getting darker.
What a lovely display of light. I love sunsets, do you?
A great display was also taking place off to our right.
I think one of the best parts of camping is taking the time to enjoy your surroundings - like sunsets. Sunsets like our days go by so quickly, and we need to take the time to enjoy them.
