Fresh Fruit Dip
I like to serve something healthier for an appetizer and fresh fruit is usually high on my must make list. I like to gather various fresh fruits and then make a lovely dip for them.
I made this for Memorial Weekend and all of it was gone within the hour (even though I added additional watermelon and strawberries). Wow, I am way behind in posting.
This 3 ingredient dip is easy to put together and I made it the day before so I didn't have to mess with it and it keeps about a week or so. Not sure since I didn't have much left.
Fresh Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
4 0z. cream cheese
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
1 cup cool whip
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and cranberry sauce until blended. Fold in the cool whip until well blended. Chill and serve.
