DIY Dollar Tree Pillows
I love pillows and have brought several over the years. I always think you can't have enough pillows. When I was in the Dollar Tree, I saw these Halloween bags that were so cute. I knew they would make great pillows.
What you need to make Halloween pillows:
- Halloween bags from the Dollar Store (they have several options that would work)
- Old pillows to use as stuffing
- Glue gun
- Small clothes pins (Dollar Store) optional
These Halloween bags were not material but close to it. Not sure what the texture is. They are flat on the bottom. When my daughter moved, she had some old pillows that she was going to get rid of and I took them. I used them to stuff the pillows.
I thought about stitching them shut but then decided to just use my glue gun. I used these little clothes pins from the Dollar Tree to hold the glue in place. This is optional, but I like to stuff my pillows full and they just made it easier to secure.
I stuffed all three of them and glued them closed.
I think the Frankenstein is my favorite.
If you want to use them outdoors, I did see some that could be used outside. They are so cute and inexpensive.
So clever and soooo cute!!!

This is such a cool idea! I never would have thought to make pillows out of bags. The grandkids will love them. Hopefully our Dollar Tree will have them. My daughter said they already have their Christmas stuff out so the Halloween things are probably sold out or close to it. Thanks for the inspiration and I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
