Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things!
Happy Thursday! I hope you are all doing well. This week has flown by. I think because of Monday being a holiday. I always get my days confused when it is a long weekend. Hubby leaves on Monday instead of Sunday and I am thrown off.
My neighbor gave me a compost that he built and so I have been adding things to it. I will take some pictures so you can see it. I am so excited to have it. Stay tuned for a compost post.

Hey Bev! Thanks for hosting! My parents leave tomorrow - wah!! They need to move here! lol Today I'm sharing #109 - all about saving money on coffee!
ReplyDeleteSuchot,
DeleteOh no, it feels like they just got here. You must be so sad to see they go. I know you enjoyed having them with you. I don't drink coffee any more but remember the days when I did. I still love the Chai Lattes. Now my daughter says she is a coffee snob. She only likes Starbucks but she buys the large whole beans at Costco and that saves her money. She rarely buys out these days because she makes it and takes it to work.
Hugs,
Bev
Hey Beverly!

Melissa,
DeleteYou must be so excited to have your daughter and grand baby back home. I see a lot of "Mimi" spoiling in the future. My blueberries are not blooming, I hope that does not mean NO blueberries this summer. Well, what can you do?

Hi Bev! Thank you so much for featuring my post today alongside so many beautiful bloggers - can't wait to click thru. I'm sharing at #173, 174, and 175 today, and sending you hugs across the miles. I am soaking up sunshine and surf shack vibes on a beach bum type of vacation at the moment and loving every second. Can you hear the white waves crashing at the shore? It's music to my fairy on the prairie ears. Hahahaha. Peace to you, friend, and thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteMichele,
DeleteIt is always so relaxing and a great opportunity to regenerate yourself at the beach. Water has such a relaxing affect. Enjoy your time.
Hugs,
Bev
Thank you for hosting, Bev! I am sorry it has been such a while since I've been by. I am back to work and also blogging ~ as you know it gets hectic. Hope all is well with you. <3 I posted a T-Shirt Quilt project/tutorial in #176 today for you all.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend,
Barb :)
Barb,
DeleteI am not sure how you work and do blogging as well and make a quilt. That quilt turned out so awesome. I started one years ago and it is still in my drawer. I stitched each block and then I was to put it all together. I have all of the material but that has not happened. I thought when I retired, I would have plenty of time to finish it. Well, that has not happened. I do have several of my grandmother's quilts and one of my great, great aunts. I collect them when I can. I think the old ones are so beautiful and so much work. I appreciate that.
Have a lovely week and I am glad you stopped by.
Bev
Thanks again for hosting! I hope that you have a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteAngie
PS My linkups this week are #181, #182 & #183
PPS Can't wait to see the compost post
Angie,
DeleteYou are so brave to have savored those chocolates by taking such great pictures. I would have them gone before any photos took place. lol! What a lovely way to remember them.
I have never had one this big before so we will see what happens.
Have a wonderful week.
Hugs,
Bev
Marilyn,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and sharing your amazing recipes. I have some beef left over from a pot roast, so I am going to make your shepherds pie with that instead of BBQ brisket.
I know it will be good if the recipe came from you.
Hugs,
Bev
