Welcome to Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop!
Happy Wednesday to you! Are you enjoying this first week of fall? The weekend was cool but temps climbed back into the 90's. Oh well, it is Florida and we still have some time before the weather breaks - usually mid October. At least the humidity is not bad. It will be time to start planting the garden - yes we put in gardens now. Funny when everyone up north is seeing the last of their gardens, we are just beginning.I hope you have a great rest of your week.
Please check out our features from last week. Stop by and send some love if you can.

I'm delighted to see my pumpkin sweaters included in the features! I linked up at #44 & 45 this week. I hope you're having a lovely week, Bev. It's back in the 90s here, too. Ugh!
ReplyDeleteBeverly,
DeleteYes, the 90s are back. I liked the cooler weather over the weekend. Hopefully soon. It is very dry for this time of year.
Your pumpkin sweaters are so cute. I love your table setting and the tip on making the napkins. Pinned that.
Hugs,
Bev

ReplyDeleteSarah,
DeleteAs I was scrolling through the posts, I saw one and thought it might be yours and sure enough, it was. Your morning glories are so beautiful, what a lovely color. You certainly had a wonderful morning with the flowers, the decor pieces and that yummy looking scone.

Hi Bev. Thank you for hosting. My Empty Nest post link landed at the bottom #192. I'm looking forward to visiting the other blogs featured and linked!
ReplyDeleteI think we all wonder where did the time go? I am still saying that even though the kids have been out of the house for more years than I care to think about. Now instead of thinking of them on their own, I am watching as my grand kids continue to grow up. I was telling them, it seemed like only yesterday that I was holding them as babies. Now my grand son is 14. Lovely post.
DeleteHave a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
No grands yet! That will be an adventure! I am finding that I am enjoying my uninterrupted time. And of course as soon as I say that, they all let me know that they are coming home for the weekend! LOL
DeleteThanks for the response Bev!
Enjoy your quiet time when you can. I remember the kids bringing home their friends from school and cooking for all of them. Then they were bring home the "one". The grand kids are the best part. You will love it.
DeleteHave a great weekend.
Bev
My link moved! Thanks for the party!
ReplyDeleteJulie,
ReplyDeleteIt was nice when it cooled down, but temps are back up. It is quite dry for this time of year here in Florida. I really liked your post on Robot your life. It is funny when I look back at the days when the kids were off to college and trying to adjust. then off to another state to work and then off to another state to get married and live. It is surprising that when I look back, it realized I adjusted although at times, it was difficult. I went back to school and got my doctorate. That was big for me.
Looking forward to your other posts.
Hugs,
Bev
Marilyn,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all of your fabulous apple recipes. I might make the apple pie cobbler this week when hubby comes up. Do you think I could use peaches instead? I have lots in the freezer and they are his favorites. I like your new layout of additional recipes at the end of your post.
Hugs,
Bev
