DeleteI have had a great week, thank you. I hope your has been great too. I love your ticking pumpkins. I pinned to make some. I have those same knobs and I have some red ticking, I need to find it however. I wonder where that container is since we moved?
Thanks for sharing. Have a lovely weekend.

Bev

ReplyDeleteIrene,
DeleteI always enjoy reading the history of your dishes. That was really fascinating. I learned a lot about the spice trade. Your dish may not look very appetizing, but the ingredients sounded wonderful. Your recipes always amaze me. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Have a lovely weekend.

Thank you for hosting! xo Lisa S
Lisa,
DeleteI hope you had a wonderful vacation at the beach. We are still in beach mood here - 92 today. I love the pink velvet pumpkins. You never cease to amaze. I know I had some velvet but since we moved, I am not sure where it is. I have gone through all the boxes here, so it must be in storage. I just might have to buy new.
Have a lovely weekend. Glad to have you back.
Hugs,
Bev

Thanks so much for featuring my post and for hosting this wonderful gathering, Bev. You are so kind and delightful. I wouldn't mind your 90 degree weather - it is getting too cold at night here, and I'm a hot weather girl. :) I'm sharing fall inspiration at #156 and #157 and hope the spirit of autumn in the Midwest spreads some cheer. Peace to you, friend.

We're starting to feel fall here in Arizona! It's still warm during the day but the evenings and early morning are beautiful! This week we're sharing #206, our Apple Pie Dip. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSheri and Kristen,
DeleteOh that sounds nice. We are still hot here but tonight was breezy and lovely. We are very dry which is unusual for this time of year - hurricane season.
Hope you have a lovely Sunday.
