Happy Thursday dear friends. Well last week I was feeling good but it didn't last long. I have been down ever since. I lost 8 pounds since last Wed and my diet has not changed. Hopefully, I feel better soon. I am sure I will.

Sure hope you feel better soon and I'm sure you will. I'm coming up on 13 years post ovarian cancer myself so do understand. I want to thank you for another GREAT party full of inspiring ideas and recipes despite your probably overwhelming feeling to bow out a while.
