Happy Monday. I hope you had a great weekend. Ours was rather quite. We spent some of Frida and again on Saturday cleaning up after Helene. Lots of branches were down and smaller pieces off the trees were everywhere. I wasn't much help, but I tried.

Welcome to the party. This was supposed to be my month to host, but my system sort of crashed and I could not get the party ready but Linda was kind enough to do it for me. I made an old version of my site for now. Hopefully it all works.
October will be here in a couple of days and that means it is time for fall ideas and Thanksgiving Month in Canada.

This week, a return back to all things Fall. Celebrating everything Pumpkin. Normally I offer a variety, food, sweets, crafts and tables but today is a sweet switch on my norm.
First up are the cutest Paper Pumpkins from My French Twist .She tells us I’ve never been a big fan of wrapping my house in giant spider webs, but I have to say when those first crisp breezes of Fall begin to blow through my windows, I can’t wait to begin some serious seasonal decorating. And pumpkins. The only thing better than eating them is crafting with them.

Darcy and Brian are sharing a fun and educational kids craft today. This craft helps kids appreciate pumpkins in our traditions while having fun and improving their motor skills. Plus, they’ll learn all about the different parts of a pumpkin!

Welcome to the party and Happy September. Can you believe it? Where did the summer go? My niece started first grade today. They live in Rochester, NY. I got lots of pictures and a video of her getting on the bus. As usual, she is all excited and her parents are a mess. I remember those days. It was heart breaking to see them go off to school. I'm sure, many of you can relate.
Happy Labor Day. I hope your weekend has been wonderful and you are enjoying time with family and friends. We are having a quiet day. My daughter is here and we are making chocolate chip cookies and then we will have a cook out.
