Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #526
Welcome to the Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #526. We are not in the solar eclipse path on Monday here in Florida. Are you in its path? Are you checking it out. Have a great week ahead.
My name is Katie from Love My Messy Messy Mess and I am so excited to be hosting for the month of April.
I am so excited for this month - because understandably - it's my birthday month! I honestly can't remember how old I am turning, I swear all birthdays start blending together after 27, don't you agree?
Let's get to this week's party - simply scroll down to see all the posts that have been linked up by our participating bloggers!

We have a U-Pick asparagus patch near us that's going to be growing soon. We'll go and pick a few pounds for a dirt cheap price, so I need to have lots of recipes to use it all. Check out this Spring Has Spring Puff Pie - can't wait to try it!
The beauty of this beverage is what originally caught my eye, but I'm sure it's the tastiest treat as well! Try this recipe for Italian Cream Sodas from Kristy at Mommy Hates Cooking.
As we get into the spring and summer seasons, this tutorial for Farmhouse Style Braided Jutee DIY Coasters is the perfect project to lighten up your decor in a cost effective and coastal chic way.
Where I live is going to be in the direct path of the solar eclipse - we will be seeing totality here! What a great way to celebrate this celestial event with these Giant Texas Eclipse Brownie Top Sugar Cookies, what a cool idea!
I've made a huge effort to get back into reading again and am pretty proud of the progress I've made. I used to have the terrible habit of dog-earring pages. Instead I should make one of these Decoupage Bookmarks - easy and cute!
Bonus Feature
There were just too many posts at the last Happiness is Homemade link party and I had to include this fun kids craft - Easy Coffee Filter Flowers. Perfect for little ones to help add to the beauty of spring as the flowers come out of the ground!

Thanks so much Bev! We're not in the path for the eclipse either, but I have a friend that's going to Arkansas to view it, I can't wait to hear what he says! I'm thrilled to be a feature this week. Have a great week~
