Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things Party
Happy Thursday dear friends. The weather has warmed up and that means it is time to plant flowers. I have been planting mine but then again, our weather has been warm. However, when I was up north, I bought some flowers for my Mom and got those planted. She loves having them on her porch.
So I thought I would share some flower posts to celebrate warmer weather. Maybe you already planted yours or you are thinking about it. Hopefully, these posts can give you some inspiration.
Many of my features come from your comments. Don't forget to leave our Linkup Number or Post Title so I can find you and you might become one of my features for next week.

Plant a few blooms for me too! It's still a little early for planting in my neck of the woods where my space heater for the bedroom is still within reach - hahahaha. Thanks for hosting, Bev. I'm sharing stuff at #13, 17, and 22. Thanks for the opportunity, and have a great weekend, friend.
ReplyDeleteYou have shared some beautiful flowers! So nice to see. Linking up with my own flowers at the Jerusalem Botanical Gardens, number 24 :)
ReplyDeleteWow, those gardens are amazing. I have never seen a garden that was broken into geographical regions. So interesting. I think I too would lose interest if I had to be on my phone that much, but it looks amazing.
DeleteThanks for sharing those beautiful pictures.
Hugs,
Bev

Debbie,
DeleteLooks like you have been busy getting ready for summer. Everything looks lovely. I especially like seeing phlox. I saw some when I was in Pittsburgh. I wish we could have it here.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks so much Bev! We planted flowers last weekend, my patio is so bright and cheery now! Thank you for featuring my Blue Flowers painting, it's one of my favorites. My links this week are #31,33,34. I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead!

Jenna,
DeleteYou are so welcome for the feature. I love that flower painting. I tried water colcors once, I don't think it is my thing. I enjoy charcoal and acrylics. I saved your cards, might need to try again.
It is always nice when we get to plant in the spring and then enjoy them all summer.
Hugs,
Bev
I plan to buy my annuals this weekend and do some planting. I'm sure your mom was thrilled with her porch plants. I'm sharing #18 this week. Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteAllyson,
DeleteYes, Mom loved her flowers. She loves being outdoors after having to stay indoors all winter. Nothing like flowers to put a spring in your step.
Good luck with your planting.
I love your Dollar Tree art. Great idea.
Hugs,
Bev
Another couple of weeks before it's safe to plant flowers here yet so I enjoyed your floral features! Sharing this week at links 53 & 54. I hope you're having a good week Bev :)
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteYes, I bet it is a little too early where you are for planting. I love your painted trunk. What a transformation. I agree, paint is awesome. It always amazes me too, how it can transform.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks so much for the feature! Enjoy the rest of your week!

Hi, Bev; beautiful flowers everywhere around here in Southern Ontario, too. Thank you for hosting another great party; I am sharing #87 An Updated Heirloom Recipe for Gluten-Free Carrot Cake. Enjoy your week and the nice weather!
ReplyDeleteIrene,
DeleteI love those old recipes. My grandmother's looked like that. I had a hard time figuring out many of her recipes. My Mom's name is Evelyn. I am sending that recipe to my SIL since she has to eat GF.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
Planted a few perennials yesterday. It's 77 degrees today! WaHOO!
ReplyDeleteMichele,
DeleteIsn't is glorious when the weather gets warmer and we can plant outdoors. Always makes me feel so great.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks for hosting. You have so many pop-up ads on my screen on my phone that is actually hard to see your content.
ReplyDeleteNancy,
DeleteI am so sorry about the pop-ups. I moved them so hopefully they won't be such a problem.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
I'm starting to do some planting too, Bev. I miss my gardens, but I have pots!
ReplyDeleteAnn,
DeleteI have planted all of my gardens and have some pots too. I keep experimenting to see what does the best. It has been fun.
Have a great week.
Hugs,
Bev
Hi Bev!! I have to buy more soil for my garden this year - it always feels a little funny buying dirt lol. I'm sharing #68 and #72 this week. Have a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteSuchot,
DeleteI buy a little soil to add to my compost. I love using it but sometimes, It can be a little powerful for some of my plants. It is better if I mix it up a little. Good luck with your gardening.
Great decorating ideas.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks for hosting, Bev! I'm linked up at 204/205 this week.
ReplyDeleteJulie,
DeleteI agree that just adding limes and lemons to the counter is the best. I have both trees in my yard so I set a bowl out often.
Have a lovely week.
Hugs,
Bev
