Welcome to Over The Moon Linky Party
Happy Sunday. Here we are in the last day of February. Another month is coming to a close. With the warm weather we have been having, my azaleas are blooming and they are so pretty. It is early for them. They don't usually bloom until march. I guess they are just confused.
I know that many of you are still dealing with cold temps and snow, but it will coming coming soon. We had a very warm weekend, actually too hot for this time of year.
We spent yesterday cleaning the motorhome. I took all of the sheets, towels and blankets out and washed them all. We are hoping to do some traveling soon and wanted to be ready. Who knows when that will be. I don't want to be around too many people.
Well, that was my weekend, how was yours?

Angie,
DeleteYes, my azaleas are so beautiful. They are a bit early but I am enjoying them. I love that chocolate lava cake. Oh how decadent is that. Yes, please.

Bev
Thank you for featuring our Easy Ham and Cheese Pasta and for hosting the party. I am so ready for Spring! We got a bit of snow this week. Our link this week is: #97. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteAmy,
DeleteYou are so welcome for the feature. Sorry to hear about the snow but hopefully spring will be coming soon. I am trying to watch the calories but those cupcakes are enticing.
Hugs,
Bev
One of the things I love about posts from all round the world is keeping me in touch with different climates and seasons in different places. As a food blogger, it can be all too easy to focus on 'local'.
ReplyDeleteWe had one period of snow that lasted about 5 days where I am and was super-cold (for us). It was lovely. And then a week later the temperature was 2oC higher! Crazy. This weekend was positively Spring-like and very welcome to out continued 'lock-down' sanity. Life has been completely abnormal here for nearly a year and I am truly looking forward to the kids getting back to school after months of learning from the kitchen xx
I agree, it is nice to connect with so many from around the world. I hope you continue to have spring like weather. I know I have been enjoying ours. The weather has been all over the place at times.
DeleteI am not sure we will ever be normal again but hopefully a new normal will help.
I can't imagine being a homeschooling mom. I give you credit.
Take care,
Bev
I'm late again to the party. Linking up at 155 & 156. Have a great week, Bev!
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteWow, I love your kitchen makeover. It is amazing what paint and some maneuvering can do. I love white kitchens. Great job.
Hugs,
Bev
We still have cold weather here and I'm looking forward to spring. Thanks for hosting and I'm #159 sharing about a visit to a bookstore. Hope you have a nice week.
ReplyDeleteJulie,
DeleteI am sure spring is on its way. I love book stores and I have actually been to the Stand in New York.
I know you had a great time.

Bev
Hi Bev; it's hard to believe that spring weather (and cleaning!) are coming, but the signs are definitely in the air. Thank you for hosting another great party; I am sharing #175 My Blog's Third Anniversary (with my top five recipes), and #176 Green Rice - A Dish for Good Luck. Enjoy the weather and your week!
