Welcome to Over The Moon Linky Party
Happy Sunday! I hope you have had an enjoyable weekend. We have some very lovely weather after Eta passed by. When I can turn the air off, I am in heaven. Even though it has been around 84 degrees, we have had a nice breeze and the evenings are heavenly. We might even have some cooler weather for Thanksgiving.
My in-laws arrive tomorrow from Ohio for the winter. I have been trying to get some food ready for them and stock up on some supplies. It will be nice having them here. They live here 6 months and in Ohio for 6 months. We always enjoy when they are around. I hope you have a very nice upcoming week.
My favorite part of these parties is reading your comments. I feel like I get to know you and that we are almost like "texting" back and forth. You share your stories with me and I share mine - just like friends. So keep them coming.

Angie,
DeleteGlad you are having your normal weather. We are too starting tomorrow. Cooling down to the upper 70's. I still like around 82 but I will take it.
I love the post on the spine. Great job.
Have a wonderful week.

So glad that Eta has passed. Those big storms are always so scary to me. I've been in Florida when a few of them happened. I remember a couple of years ago when I was in Florida and I got an emergency text on my phone telling me to take shelter. I was in my hotel room, and I thought "where am I supposed to go". Being from Utah, I wasn't used to getting such messages and it was pretty scary to me. That is nice that your in-laws will be close for the next 6 months. I hope that you get to enjoy some quality time with them. It was really fun to see that our French Silk Pie was the most clicked. Thank you so much for hosting the party. Our links this week are: #73, #74, & #75. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteAmy,
DeleteThat would be scary for me too and I live here. You are right, where do you go. There are no basements here in Florida, so you can't go there. Once we went into a closet. It is coming to a close for another 6 months and we were very lucky this year.
We picked the in-laws up today so it will be nice to have them here. We wish they would stay in one place, down here where we could keep an eye on them.
I love all things pumpkin, but have never had pumpkin pancakes. Sounds yummy.
Have a great week.
Hugs,
Bev
Hi, Bev; so nice you get to see your in-laws on a regular basis; we are trying to convince mine to downsize and move closer to us. Thank you for hosting another great party; I am sharing #96 Layered Bean Tamales and #97 Yolk Coconut Sweets. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteIrene,
DeleteWe would love it if they stayed down here all year so we could take care of them. It is getting harder and harder for them to travel. My father-in-law would do it in a heart beat, but my mother-in-law wants to be up north near her boys who never come to visit when they go there. Maybe once in 6 months. Crazy.
I love desserts with coconut and those bars look good.
Have a great week.
Hugs,
Bev
Sharing some Christmas ideas in links 106 and 107. Have a great week, Bev!
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteOMG, you always come up with such amazing ideas. Love the JOY signs, great way to upcycle those cabinet doors.
Have a great week.
Hugs,
Bev

ReplyDeleteMarci,
