Welcome to Over The Moon Linky Party
Happy Sunday everyone. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Ours was good, some rain but that seems to be normal lately. At least we are not going to get hit by the two hurricanes. We will get rain, but that is better than a big storm. I hope if you are in the path of Marco or Laura that you are safe.
I am getting ready to plant some seeds. It's that time of year here in Florida. I did get most of the beds cleared out ready. My compost pile is ready as well. Even though my beds have great soil already, I like to add some compost when I start to plant. It's always funny when planting is ending up north, we are planting down south. Are you doing any planting?
My favorite part of these parties is reading your comments. I feel like I get to know you and that we are almost like "texting" back and forth. You share your stories with me and I share mine - just like friends. So keep them coming.

That sounds so strange to be planting this time of year. It is harvest time here. It would be nice to have a longer growing season! Thank you for hosting the party. Our links this week are: #112, #13, & #114.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring my post and for hosting :)
ReplyDeleteWe are finally getting summer over here. Better late than never! Hopefully it continues into September. It's been a busy week on the blog, sharing three upcycled decor ideas in links 145, 146, and 147. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteHi, Bev; so glad to hear you will not be on the path of the hurricanes. Thank you for hosting another great party, and especially thank you so much for featuring my Garibaldi cupcakes! This week I am sharing #157 Pescado Zarandeado - Nayarit Style Grilled Fish. Have an awesome week!
ReplyDeleteHi Beverly, That sorbet you featured this week looks delicious! I'll have to check it out. Thank you so much for hosting!
ReplyDeleteMarielle,
DeleteYou can't go wrong with sorbet. I liked your post on politics for kids. that is a tough one and you did an excellent job of outlining how to. Do they even teach about the government these days? We learned about it in school, but don't think they do that any more.
Your kids are beautiful.
Hugs,
Bev
I'm so glad that the hurricanes are moving away from you (praying for those in the pathway). Thanks again for hosting!
ReplyDeleteAngie
PS My linkups this week are #165 & #166
