Welcome to Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop!
Hello dear friends. I hope you are all doing well. All is good in my world. They had to take our motor home into the shop today. /We had something that decided to chew on some of our electrical wires so we lost lights, air conditioning and we don't know what else. We assume mice, but not sure it geckos chew on wires or not. We had lots of stuff to keep them out but since we could not go anywhere lately, I guess they had a field day. So for now, it is in the shop.
Hubby also left today for Vermont to help our son build a deck and a lean too for the barn. He is driving and will take several days to get there. Stopping at his brothers in Georgia and then a day or two at our place in the mountains in West Virginia. It will just be me and the dogs.

ReplyDeleteHi! Have you tried peppermint oil in your motor home? We had problems with mice in our camper van and on someone's advice tried soaking peppermint oil in cotton balls. We put them in a mason jar with holes in the lid. It's not for them to eat or anything but apparently they hate the smell of it. It worked for us over the winters when they usually get into the van and cause trouble.
ReplyDeleteSuchot,
DeleteI have not heard of peppermint oil. I will try it as soon as it comes back. They actually had to have an exterminator come in to take care of it before doing any work just in case some where still in there. Not sure what is in there.
Do you use peppermint essential oil?
Hugs,
Bev
