Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things!
Happy Thursday! Can you believe that there are only 9 more days in this month? This summer is flying by. August will be here soon. Usually, as August approaches, that means school will be starting. I don't know about where you are, but schools have postponed the start date until the end of August. They have also given parents the opportunity to choose what type of education they want for their children.
What is happening in your area? I know that this must be a difficult situation for parents. I am glad that I no longer have kids in school. it certainly is a different scenario.
Many of my features come from you my commenters. Don't forget to leave your Linkup Number or Post Title so I can find you and you could become one of my featured commenters next week.

Hi, Bev; Time is really flying! My daughters are grown-ups now, but they always wanted to be homeschooled, so I guess they would have gotten their wish if we had to decide right now. Thank you for hosting another great party, I am sharing # 44 Classic Mocha Slab Cake and #46 Kohlrabi Patties. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteBev,

Beverly! Thanks so much for featuring Julie's Traveling Teacup post! We're having so much fun with it, and I just love how they spent their time together. 💗 I'm linked at #117, 118, & 123 today - another teacup adventure! ;) Thanks for hosting and hope you have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteNo I can't believe there are only 9 days left in the month! This September was supposed to be Miss O's first year of preschool (then kindergarten next year) but since it's preschool, we're going to keep her home. So far we're both still working at home so it works for us. I'm sharing #135 today :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring my Upcycled Mini Greenhouse Shelf! What a nice surprise.
ReplyDeleteI am #'s 150 &151 this week with Greek Salad with Chicken and Happenings on the Homestead #74.
Here in GA, we think school will get delayed until September 8th - the governor is working on this now. Our county is offering fulltime -parttime-online, you get to choose what works best for your family.
Take care and thanks again!

wonderful features my friend. Hoping all is well big hugs!
ReplyDeleteHi Bev, thanks so much for featuring my Basket post this week! I agree with you about kids going back to school. I know this must be such a hard time for parents making decisions like this. Things are just too risky right now for kiddos, teachers and workers to go back to school. Our local govts. need to make wise and careful decisions. Take care and have a great weekend!!
ReplyDeleteI love popping in here for the party. I always find such inspiring ideas and recipes. Thank you for hosting. This week I brought STUFFED SHELLS, CHEESY TACO PASTA and VIETNAMESE CUCUMBER SALAD. I hope you have a FANTASTIC weekend.
ReplyDeleteSchool beginning is all over the place here. It seems that each district is doing something different. I too am glad that I do not have children in school anymore. But my daughter is pretty stressed about it. Thank you for featuring our fried ice cream bars. I love making these because they are so easy. Thank you too for hosting the party. Our links this week are: #197, #198, & #199. Enjoy your last week of July!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for featuring the Traveling Teacup, Bev... I've been so busy, I haven't had time to visit all the parties the last couple weeks! I'll be back on Thursday!
