Welcome to Wonderful Wednesday blog Hop!
Hello, and welcome to the party. Has your area released some restrictions? Have you ventured out? I see that most of the restaurants in our small town have tables set up outside and they look to be 6 feet apart. I am not ready to venture out to those establishments yet. Take out is fine with us. Mostly I cook at home.
I hope through this all, we learn to appreciate what we had before. All of the hugs that we might have take for granted; time spent with family and friends that has been on hold; the joy of taking walks, or riding bikes and enjoying nature. I especially the quiet moments we have in the evening listening to the birds and enjoying one another. Are enjoying some quiet time?
Our hosts just want to say THANK YOU to all those who contributed to last week's party and WELCOME to all the new bloggers who have joined our weekly blog hop. Please invite your blog friends and social network to join us.

Pamela,
DeleteYour garden markers are great. Sometimes I forget that other parts of the country are not a warm as we are. My garden is doing great. Good luck with yours.
Hugs,
Bev
Thank you for hosting, and have a great week!

Have a lovely weekend.

Thanks for the party, Bev. Glad you're doing well and enjoying some quiet time. I've about had enough quiet time for a while, but like you, I'm not ready to venture out to restaurants yet. I linked up at #10 and 11 this week.
ReplyDeleteBeverly,
DeleteI am so busy here at home that I guess I don't have much quiet time but I enjoy staying home. I love tacos so I can't wait to try your recipe.
Hugs,
Bev

Debbie,
DeleteThanks for stopping by and sharing. I hope your cool weather warms up soon. Stay healthy.

Thanks! What a surprise to have the most viewed this week with my Versatile Fried Rice. Both of our Chinese restaurants have been closed during the lock down so making our favorites at home has been fun! Hope everyone is enjoying their time at home with family.
ReplyDeleteTake care,
Melissa | Little Frugal Homestead
Melissa,
DeleteI think we are all thinking the same thing - we miss our Chinese restaurants. It is nice to be able to make it at home.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
We are still under shelter in place orders here in Nevada, but I think that is a prudent strategy. We did do take-out from a local Mexican food restaurant for Cinco de Mayo (actually, I could eat Mexican food everyday!) Glad all is well with you and yours!

Michelle,
DeleteAlthough they have opened some restaurants and a couple of stores, I am still staying home. It is not worth the risk.
Stay healthy.

Another GREAT party - THANK YOU for hosting and continuing to keep some normalcy for us during these trying times. I’m always finding inspiring ideas and recipes. I’m bringing some WAVE ROCKING MERMAIDS, TOMATO BEEF STROGANOFF AND HINT OF CHOCOLATE ORANGE CAKE. I hope you have a FANTASTIC week.
ReplyDeleteTamy,
DeleteThanks for sharing your amazing recipes. You know my weakness is chocolate and that chocolate orange cake is calling my name.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks for featuring my post about new uses for vintage goods! Have a great week!

Have a lovely weekend.

Hi Bev
ReplyDeleteI'm sharing at #55 this week.
Still on a strict lock down in California. I went to a clients home yesterday- in the backyard we did stay far away from each other! I was able to give a personal training session. It was so good to feel normal again! Have a great week and thank you for hosting ;)

Hi Lisa,
DeleteI bet it nice to be able to do some training. I am still doing workouts on Zoom. I was scrolling through all of the posts and saw your pin cushions and fell in love and then clicked on them and they were yours. I should have guessed. I have lots of those jello molds. I can't wait to make some.
Hugs,
Bev
Even though some things are relaxing here, I'm not ready to change much of what we're doing (neither is my husband). Thanks for hosting Bev!
ReplyDeleteSuchot,
DeleteI agree with you. Although they are reopening stores and restaurants I am not ready to go out. It is best to stay safe and for me that means staying home.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hugs,
Bev
Thanks for the post admin keep posting like this
