Welcome to Over The Moon Linky Party
Happy Sunday to everyone. We had an absolutely gorgeous weekend. The weather was so nice. We worked outside both days. My husband had to fix our sprinkler system that he took apart when we had a patio put in.
I was cleaning up our yard after the storm on Thursday night. We had high winds and some places had tornadoes, but we didn't. Branches were everywhere. I really cleaned out the trees. I have not felt that much wind except when Erma hit.
Did you get hit with any bad weather? I know Vermont got hammered with snow on Friday.

We got a lot of wind and rain here in middle GA but no tornados, thank goodness! My daughter got snow on Friday in Colorado Springs that closed the base down - while she's trying to out process to come home!
ReplyDeleteI am #9 and #11 this week.
Have a wonderful week!

Melissa,
DeleteGlad you just got rain and wind. OH no, your daughter must be frustrated that she is being delayed. You must be so anxious for her to get back home. Hopefully, it will happen soon.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hugs,
Bev

Angie,

Thank you so much for the feature of my banana bread Bev <3 Today I'm sharing #94 - lessons about money I learned from my baby boomer parents. :)
ReplyDeleteSuchot,
DeleteAs a baby boomer myself, I learned to save money and watch my expenses. We often didn't have a lot of money growing up but that was Ok. WE always had food. We grew most everything and helped my Mom can. I use to balance my checkbook but that stopped years ago, however, I am on my bank account everyday and know what I am spending. Each month I determine what my bills are and how much I can spend that month. I don't use jars or envelopes but my sister does that. My husband on the other hand it hopeless. When he retires, oh boy. I keep trying to get him on a budget, but so far no luck. He will once he retires in May.
Hugs,
Bev

Bev
Marilyn,
ReplyDeleteI can't get past the Addiction Chocolate Cake. I am trying to be good in what I eat, but it is wearing me down. I just might have to bite the bullet and make it and then eat all of it. lol!

Bev
