Snow is Pretty to Look At!
Yes, when the snow falls and lands on the trees and their branches, it is a lovely setting. I have been enjoying many of these such occurrences while visiting Vermont. Except for 2 days, it has snowed everyday since I arrived. After 8 days, you might think I should be use to it, but NO. Although it is pretty to look at, it is still cold.

Now I know that many of you have been dealing with lots of snow and cold temperatures. However, being from Florida, I get cold when it hits 55. So you can imagine how cold I must be. Fortunately, I am able to stay indoors most of the time and just enjoy looking out at it.
My son has almost 80 acres so lots of snow in all directions. This is looking up to the horse barn, chicken coop and part of the driveway from the kitchen.
The snow is piled up around the chicken coop, but I guess they are not interested in coming out in this weather.
This one looks down at the swimming pool. It is outlined down near the left side. You can see a small shed that houses the pool equipment and supplies. It is actually funny to see some bear spots on the other field further back. It will be some time before their snow melts.
You can see how high the snow has been piled compared to the car. This was before we got around 6 more inches of snow.
Here is a cluster of pine trees along the road. They looked so pretty with their snow laden branches.
Today I am heading home to some warm weather. It was hard leaving my grand kids. They didn't want me to go and they hung on to me. It brought tears to my eyes. Even though they are older, they still want to be with me, which I find amazing, but I will take it for as long as I can. It is all of these little moments that I treasure.
Hope you are all having a fabulous day!!
