50/50 Weight Loss Hacks

You probably already know this  - what you eat can have a huge impact on how you look.

But new research is showing… how much you eat might be just as important…

Especially if you want to look younger.

A recent study published in the research journal Cellfound that when mice were put on a low-calorie diet for 6 months… It actually slowed down the aging process.


Amazing, right? And, there’s reason to believe this works the same way in humans.

The good news is, we may now have a PROVEN way to slow down the aging process — just by watching what we eat!

But the bad news is… well, who wants to count calories? Doesn’t sound like much fun...

Unless you’ve got a few tricks up your sleeve.

You have seen those ‘calorie comparison’ pictures, right?

You know, the ones showing you could eat a handful of fries or a MOUNTAIN of broccoli for the same number of calories. (I don’t know about you… but I’d still rather eat the fries!)

Well, the 50/50 Hack is an easy way to use this principle to your advantage… without giving up the foods you love (or eating piles of bland veggies).

So go ahead and make the 50% of the food you’re craving…


And replace the other 50% with a low-cal food that’s similar in taste and texture. Here are some examples:

  • Preparing ground beef? Mix in some sauteed chopped mushrooms.
     
  • Love rice? Toss in some steamed grated cauliflower.
     
  • Enjoying a decadent breakfast scramble? Replace half the eggs with some crumbled tofu or egg beaters.
     
  • A big plate of pasta calling your name? Use sauteed shredded zucchini to bulk it up.


    What about creamy sauces and condiments? 
    Many creamy condiments and sauces like Mayo, salad dressing, cream cheese, Alfredo sauce..... makes ANYTHING more delicious.
    - however they are packed with calories
    - use the 50/50 hack here too
    - use half of the amount you usually do and mix in equal amount of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.

Using this technique, you’ll fill up with the same amount of food, enjoy the same great flavors and textures — and effortlessly cut calories.

These ae only a few 50/50 weight loss hacks. I am sure you can think of many more.
