Chocolate Peanut Butter Mallow Bars

Sometimes you just need something chocolate, right. When I saw these in Food and Family magazine, I knew I had to make these. They looked so chocolaty and gooey. My kind of dessert.

It starts with a chocolate cake mix, add some butter and milk and it becomes the base of the bar. Easy enough.  Next mix milk and butter together, pour on top of baked dough; add dollops of marshmallow and some extra cake dough, sprinkle with nuts and baked some more.

This dessert went together quite easy. I guess if there was one difficult part, it was the stickiness of the marshmallow fluff. You just have to lick your fingers when you are done!

It was a great chocolate fix. My husband thought it was even better the next day. Everyone at work liked it too. They are always so willing to taste what I make.

So if you are looking for something chocolaty and gooey with some nuts thrown in, this is the dessert for you.
