This turkey burger and kale chips makes a super healthy meal with great taste.Sorry these pictures are a little dark. Since the time change, by the time we sit down to dinner, it is dark and hard to get great photos.
This turkey burger has so much flavor. The turkey burgers are called Jennie-O Jalapeno Jack Turkey Burgers. They have a little kick, but not much. You could always get the plain ones. Add some turkey bacon, jack cheese andguacamole dip (I used home made). All of the flavors together are delightful.
Kale chips are easy to make. The recipe is on the kale package. Put the kale chips into a bowl, add some olive oil and sea salt and toss. Place on a baking sheet and bake. You can even sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese.
They come out nice and crisp and make a great alternative to fries.
